It is telling when they cannot discern between the two

Practice all the religion that you want. Just don’t try to push it on other people.

There’s an invisible man in the sky who loves me for believing he exists and amazingly he hates all the same people I do!

I’d be a lot less mad about folks demanding that America be a Christian Nation *if they actually acted like Christians*

Amazing how people can say someone is defending white supremacy, when that was not what was clearly stated. The fact that people are dumb enough to believe that’s the case is mind boggling. Its literally just gaslighting.

You can bet that this person believes Jesus was fair-haired, light-skinned, and blue-eyed, too.

    6. I’m going on record now as well.

I don’t care about anyone religion. At all. I think of them like buttholes – I’m ok with everyone having one, I just don’t want to be involved in almost any of them.

I don’t care enough about anyone’s religion to bother ‘canceling’ it.

    7. This has long been the rallying cry of the evangelical right. They convince their followers that they are under attack to create a sense of fear and urgency to bind them together.

It doesn’t actually have to do with a push to eradicate white supremacy, at least not directly. This is what they’ve been preaching to them in Sunday school since at least the 90’s. It’s like religious doomsday prepping. The backlash against white supremacy is just the latest boogie man.

    8. Despite the fact that no one has tried to cancel christianity, or force apologies, recants or any of the other persecution fantasies they dream up….when Jenna Ellis says she will not bend, waver or break under pressure, you better believe her.

She sat right next to Rudy Giuliani through two of his farts with barely any reaction. She’s as tough as nails and just as smart.

The performative Christian victimhood in the absence of any persecution is so based for the Nazi crowd.

“I’m going on record now to say that I absolutely won’t do something that no one is ever, ever going to ask of me but by saying that I can convince myself I occupy the moral high ground and will be able to continue my grift, uninterrupted by dwelling on my moral failings”

    11. If they actually practiced the alleged tenants of their faith, this wouldn’t be a worry to them at all.

    12. I’m glad I’m not the only one to notice this but what Christians (and WAY too many religious people, whatever the flavour) don’t seem to understand is that no one, NO ONE, gives a fuck about what religion they practice UNTIL said religious person starts trying to force their religion/religious beliefs onto others.

IMO, it’s a willful ignorance, one religion *specifically* fosters in people to help keep them in the cults.

It’s like pretending gun control advocates are “coming to take away our guns!!!” The endless drama caused by people who have problems with reading comprehension.

Nobody wants your guns. No one wants your religion. Use them responsibly and there is no problem.

    14. “White Jesus gave us white people the United States, where white God makes the laws for everyone to follow whether or not they believe in him.

Oh, and if you disagree, you’re trying to cancel my Christianity, and that makes you the enemy, and me and my army of holy warriors will smite you.”

Legit how the cults are believing and acting these days.

    15. We’re not canceling Christianity. They’re just making themselves look like idiots.

I remember the old Bible school sing “Jesus loves the little children, all the children of the world. Red and yellow black & white, they are precious in his sight, Jesus loves the little children of the world”.

Wish these folks could remember too.

    17. I always ask them if I can join them for Sunday Services at their church. and watch while they stammer and stutter.

    18. Follow up question, what of Christ’s teachings do you try to incorporate into your day to day life?

    19. Standing on top of Christ, rather than with or beside, is an interesting choice of words, and one I’m inclined to agree with.

Yes, Jenna. You -*are* standing on top of him, with your heel on his neck and a fist full of nails.
